Cancellation policy
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 50% of the rental price is due within 14 days of booking.
The remaining payment of 50% of the rental price and deposit is due 4 weeks before the arrival date.
Your reservation is only valid once we have received your first payment. If we do not receive your deposit within 14 days, we will cancel your reservation.
If your second payment is not credited to our bank account 4 weeks before your arrival, we will cancel your reservation.
There is no refund of the deposit.
In the event of cancellation, the payment is not refundable.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance at any time.

Holiday destination
Villa Stern is situated in a beautiful location between the charming villages of Ameland, Nes, and Buren. This luxurious holiday home on Ameland is nestled in the dunes. The beach and the forest are just a few minutes' walk away. The cozy village of Nes, which can be reached on foot from the villa, showcases both the past and present of Ameland. There are still some old commanders' houses and a detached church tower from 1723, but Nes also offers modern shopping and entertainment options.
Getting there
You can reach Ameland with the Wagenborg ferry from Holwerd.
We recommend that you make a reservation in advance via the website www.wpd.nl.
You can also park your car at the ferry dam in Holwerd.
