Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 28 days before the arrival date.
If a cancellation occurs between 28 and 14 days before the start, the renter will receive 50% of the rental fee back. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days before the start, the renter still owes the full travel sum. The landlord will then re-list the rental period. If the house is re-rented, the rent received from the other person will be settled with the renter.

Holiday destination
Philene is located in the spacious bungalow park Breezand I. The park is situated at the foot of the dune, behind which lies the family-friendly Breezand beach. Within 5 minutes, you can reach the cozy village of Vrouwenpolder with its supermarket and various dining establishments. Bicycles and the like can be rented nearby.
Getting there
Take the A58 towards Zeeland and turn off just before Middelburg onto the N57 heading north. At the village of Vrouwenpolder, take the exit at the roundabout towards the village. Do not drive into the village, but stay on the parallel road heading north.
Then take the second street on the left (Zandbank). At the end of this street, turn right onto Ford den Haakweg. At the end of this street, turn left onto Vroonweg. At the height of number 11 (on the right), turn left (unpaved road) into the park. This is after the 3rd house on the left side. Philene is then the 2nd house on the right side, recognizable by the blue shutters. The address of Philene is Breezand 9.

Host informationThe house has been in the family's possession since it was built in 1951. We ourselves enjoy Philene and its surroundings for at least five weeks a year. We also rent it out to cover the costs. We even handle the rentals ourselves, as we believe personal contact with tenants is important.
