COVID-19 (Corona Virus)-Announcement
We have increased the flexibility for cancellation of all reservations made while on vacation.
1. In the event of a travel ban in both the destination and departure countries, we will refund in full any payments made up to that point.
2. For all other reasons of cancellation, we will provide Dot Holiday credits (Vouchers/Vouchers) for the full value of the reservation on cancellations.
Any Vouchers/Vouchers can be used for future reservations and are valid for the entire 2022.
