Cancellation policy
In case of withdrawal from the travel contract, the customer traveler, in addition to the opening fee and penalties on the cancellation of travel documents, will always and in any case be required to pay the penalties listed below:
- 30% of the entire amount from the day of written confirmation of Arg@nautiVacanze until 31 days before the start of the stay
- 50% of the total amount from 31 to 15 days before the start of the stay
- 75% of the total amount from 15 to 10 days before the beginning of the stay
- 100% of the total amount if later. This last penalty is also valid if the Client interrupts the stay already started.

We are located in the countryside of Portoferraio, Villa Presaccia is a large property surrounded by greenery, a splendid garden, many plants and trees frame it, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a holiday in total tranquility. The famous beaches of the Costa Bianca can be reached a short distance away, crystal clear water and white gravel are the characteristic of the entire northern side of Portoferraio. Sottobomba, Sansone, Capo Bianco, Padulella and Ghiaie. Not far away we find the magnificent sandy beaches of the Gulf of Biodola, which includes Biodola, Scaglieri and Forno.

Wir haben eine Woche mit Freunden und insgesamt 3 kleinen Kindern verbracht.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, der Garten ist super schön und groß und auch das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet.
Was jedoch nicht so toll war, war dass man sich das Bettzeug sowie Handtücher selber mitnehmen musste.
Es gibt auch weder eine Klima noch einen Ventilator,das ist leider sehr heiß im Juli.
Die 250 Euro Endreinigung sind auch ein wenig übertrieben,weil die Wohnung nicht unbedingt sauber vorgefunden wurde.
Im Großen und Ganzen empfehlen wir die Villa jedoch weiter,weil der Garten und auch die Umgebung top ist.
