If you cancel up to 42 days before the start of the trip, 30% of the total rent will be charged.
From the 42nd day up to the 28th day before the start of the trip, 60% of the total rent will be charged.
From the 28th day up to the day of arrival, 90% and in case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later, the full travel sum will be charged.

Zeelandvillagepark is a quiet park with an indoor swimming pool and several playgrounds.
It is particularly well-suited for families with children.
The park is located close to a beautiful marina and the
Grevelingenmeer (the largest and cleanest saltwater lake in Europe), where you can dive, surf, or sail.
The North Sea beach is perfect for long walks. You can stop to refuel at the many charming beach cafes.
By bicycle, you can reach both the North Sea and the Oosterschelde, with its lively and enchanting town of Zierikzee, via bicycle paths.
Getting there
Scharendijke is a village in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is located slightly east of the Provincialeweg, on the Brouwersdam, which connects the island of Schouwen-Duiveland with the island of Overflakkee to Rotterdam. The village is situated directly on the Grevelingen. From the direction of Rotterdam, you can arrive via the N57 (71km to Rotterdam). From the direction of Breda via the N59 (91km) or from the direction of Antwerp via the Zeeland Bridge, the N256 (94km).

Host informationHello, my name is Sonja and I take care of your inquiries and bookings. My family and I have owned our lovingly furnished holiday home for 20 years now. We always strive to offer our guests a beautiful and relaxing vacation within our four walls by continually making improvements to the house and its surroundings.
I personally love being in Zeeland, enjoying long walks by the sea and, of course, the many cycling paths that allow you to enjoy your holidays car-free. But most of all, my family and I love spending time in the house or on one of the terraces, as well as in the newly designed lounge area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a good book or to have a game afternoon with my loved ones.
