Cancellation policy
The tenant may cancel the contract at any time.
The cancellation must be made in writing.
In the event of cancellation, the tenant is obliged to compensate the landlord for any damage incurred:
• for cancellations up to 60 days before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price
• for cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price
• for cancellations from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the total price
The date of receipt of the notification is always decisive.

Villa ACM is situated on a hill in Marina di Ragusa. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the beach, the square, bars, restaurants, and the harbor. A long bike path leads to Punta Secca and the famous house of Commissioner Montalbano, a cult TV series. The UNESCO World Heritage Baroque cities of Noto, Siracusa, Ortigia, Modica, Ibla, Scicli, and Caltagirone are within easy reach. After an eventful day, the terraces, pool area, and secluded spots in the park of Villa ACM invite you to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy the evening view of the illuminated park and the coast with a Sicilian wine.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da. Mina und Andrea sind so aufmerksam und herzlich und machen den Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Mit einem sensationellen Frühstück startet man entspannt in jeden Tag. Das Ambiente ist so traumhaft und lässt es an nichts mangeln. Das Appartement ist so komfortabel und ästhetisch eingerichtet, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Tipps von den beiden sind Gold wert, so dass man die sizilianische Atmosphäre spüren kann. Wer dem Alltag entfliehen möchte und in einer atemberaubenden Unterkunft mit einmaligen Ausblick stranden möchte, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Eine geschmackvolle und erstklassige Anlage um Erden zu können. Verbunden bei Bedarf mit der Möglichkeit einen Touch von Sizilien kennenzulernen zu dürfen.
Die Gastgeber können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen! Man merkt hier besonders die Liebe zum Detail und die absolute Professionalität in jeglichen Situationen.
