Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the tenant must pay the following flat-rate compensation for expenses to the rental service:
Cancellation of the booking up to 120 days before the start of the rental period:
€50.00 (flat-rate processing fee)
Cancellation of the booking from the 119th to the 90th day before the start of the rental period:
25% of the agreed rental price
Cancellation of the booking from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the rental period:
50% of the rental price
Cancellation of the booking from the 59th day to the 7th day before the start of the rental period:
90% of the rental price
Cancellation of the booking from the 6th day before the start of the rental period or in case of no-show, the entire rental price will be charged.

The small town center with a supermarket, hotel, some restaurants, and bars is surrounded by extensively laid out villas and holiday homes with gardens, green areas, and many small streets, hardly any through traffic. Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Kindern einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist modern und stilvoll ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mit den An- und Abreisezeiten ist uns entgegengekommen worden. Die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte unmittelbar, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Danke, wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder !!
