District Dresden-Plauen, very green and quiet location, there are some beautiful hiking trails and parks to explore, very nice restaurants and good shopping facilities - all within walking distance in a few minutes: Netto, a health food shop, ice cream parlour, bakery, butcher etc., S-Bahn station and bus stop are within 5 minutes walking distance, the flat is located directly on the Weißeritz river - all windows of the flat look into the greenery and the river - really nice

Wir haben uns rund rum wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Mit der S-Bahn ist man in ca. 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
In der Nähe gute Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen sowie ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant.
