In the event of a cancellation due to an entry ban or general quarantine requirement in the country of entry or exit, the booking can be postponed at no extra charge or all payments made will be refunded minus the costs incurred (maximum 10% of the total rental price). The access road to the property is easily passable.
In a distance of only about 1 km you get to the village Casciana Terme, with its charming shops, good restaurants, bars and spas. Also close by are the bus stop and several sports activities: horseback riding, tennis and golf. The design of the golf club Castelfalfi (27 holes) is one of the most beautiful and challenging Italy. The villa is located very close to the spa town of Casciana Terme. It is also located very centrally between Livorno, Cecina, Volterra, Pisa and Lucca and makes it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding historic cities.
Just half an hour away you get to the sea, for example to the chic seaside town of Castiglioncello or the child-friendly sandy beaches of the Versilia coast.
For strengthening physical fitness there are many possibilities like hiking, golf, horse riding and tennis in the vicinity.
You shouldn't miss a visit to the famous spa of Casciana.
