Cancellation policy
If the guest terminates the contract after receipt of the deposit, we charge a processing fee of EUR 50.00. If the termination occurs later than 60 days before arrival, the entire rent must be paid. If it is possible to rent the property in whole or in part to someone else, the rent will be reduced by the amount obtained elsewhere. The tenant is entitled to suggest a comparable new tenant.
