10. Cancellations and Changes
10.1 General Conditions
Cancellations or changes are only valid if communicated to the hotel in writing. This applies to bookings made directly through the hotel. The following costs apply to our hotel guests:
For bookings made directly:
Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival: no cost
Cancellation within 28 days or less before arrival: 100% of the booked arrangement
Non-refundable bookings:
For non-refundable bookings, the full amount is charged upon booking and is non-refundable. These bookings cannot be canceled free of charge at any time. Postponing the stay is also not possible. If charging the booking amount is not possible at the time of booking, the reservation is considered void.
In case of a no-show or early departure, the full booked arrangement will be charged.
For individual bookings through intermediaries:
For bookings through travel intermediaries, cancellations or changes must be made directly through the respective travel intermediary. The cancellation terms agreed upon there apply.
