Cancellation policy
6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be forced by special circumstances to cancel or dissolve the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be done in writing. In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this is not satisfactory to the tenant, the landlord must transfer back all amounts paid by the tenant, without any liability on the part of the landlord.
6.2.1. Cancellations and dissolutions must first be reported by telephone, after which you must confirm this in writing, including the rental agreement, by registered mail. This letter must be addressed to Walcheren Vakanties.
6.2.2. For cancellations within 24 hours after the reservation, the option right is in effect (see point 5).
6.2.3. For cancellations after 24 hours and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.4. For cancellations between 3 months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.5. For cancellations between one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.6. For cancellations less than one week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum will be charged.
At any time, administration costs will be charged for cancellations.
6.3. After receiving a cancellation from the tenant, the landlord will create a cancellation invoice, taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the content of the cancellation invoice and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.

The location of the Garden Suite is truly fantastic! It is situated in a courtyard garden in the center of Domburg, just a few minutes' walk from the center and the beach of Domburg. The garden is not accessible from the street, only guests of the Garden Suites have access to the courtyard garden.

Wir sind mit einem sehr gut befreundeten Paar und deren kleinem Hund verreist, deshalb war die Wohnung mit 2 SZ und 2 BZ + Wohnzimmer für uns perfekt. Hübsch eingerichtet, zweckmäßig. 2xRolf Benz Couch. Großer TV, viele hübsche Lampen... Von allem genug, Besteck, Teller Gläser. Wir haben dort aber auch nur gefrühstückt. Bequeme Betten - wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, Die Terrasse und der Garten sind super schön und sehr groß. Im Sommer bestimmt ein Traum. Die Lage ist genial, zentral und ruhig, sehr nah zum Strand.
Einige Dinge haben uns gestört:
Das an sich hübsche Bad ist zum Schlafbereich offen, mit dadurch eingeschränkter Privatsphäre ;-)
Zum Zweiten lässt sich die Terassentür nicht kippen, nachts etwas warm. Außerdem taten wir uns mit der Heizungssteuerung schwer. Bedienungsanleitung fehlte.
