Our two-storey apartment "Sommeregg" has about 65m² and it provides high comfort, individual charm, cosy ambiance and a welcoming atmosphere:
It's lovely designed and a real feel-good retreat for 2-4 persons.
On the lower floor there is a covered terrace with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, a fully equipped kitchen (even with a dishwasher) and the children's room (with a bunk bed).
On the upper floor you will find the heart of the apartment - the spacious and light-flooded living-sleeping-room with a unique well-being-atmosphere. The upper floor is furthermore divided into a small walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Our house is situated between gentle highlands / mountains and the georgous Lake Millstättersee - perfect for a combination of swimming and walking holidays!
Furthermore we are surrounded by several skiing areas for fun for all skiing fans.
Also our beautiful big garden and our in-house spa area with sauna and steam shower and solarium, the sunny and quiet location of our house on the sunny plateau of the Lake Millstättersee and the infinitely diverse holiday activities of our surroundings offer unique holiday experiences.
Furthermore in our garden there is a playground and a really charming children play-house waiting for our little guests - the sight of this little house makes the hearts of both children and parents beat faster!
By car you can get to us easily via the Tauernautobahn A 10 - coming from Germany via Salzburg or coming from the South via Villach. Take the Exit 'Seeboden am Millstättersee' and turn left at the junction directly at the motorway exit.
Go straight ahead to the 2. Roundabout and take the exit 'Treffling'. Follow the street straight ahead until you get to the place name sign of 'Treffling'. Go straight ahead again and pass the 'Volksschule' and a Tennis court on the left side until you get to a small junction. Turn right there and turn left at the first fork in the road. After ~100 meter you will see our typical Carinthian house on the right side!
