'Lottis Dahuam' is located near the centre of Fügen in the Zillertal and is furnished in Tyrolean style - with great attention to detail. On 85 sqm you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, a garden, a large terrace on the sunny side, with a great view of the Zillertal mountains. In the garden there is also your own barrel sauna. There are 2 underground parking spaces available, there is an elevator in the house, as well as a ground-level entrance to the apartment. Pets are very welcome! Your landlord Christian is always available to you with tips and help in advance as well as during your stay.

Fügen is very centrally located. You can reach all places in the Zillertal but also outside in the nearby Inntal valley in a very short time. Whether it's a trip to Innsbruck, lake Achensee or another place in Tyrol. In winter, many ski areas can be reached in max. 15 minutes, the Spieljochbahn is only 2 minutes away. Lottis Dahuam is therefore a central spot for excursions in summer and winter. Skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, golf, swimming pool, thermal baths, hiking, biking - all on the doorstep!
On the Zillertal main road past Fügen and the train station Fügen, then take the exit to the right uphill. This leads to the 1st roundabout, there you take the 1st exit (leads uphill), shortly afterwards you come to the 2nd roundabout, there you take the 2nd exit (uphill again), past the supermarket MPreis, to the Hotel Mia Alpin. Directly at the hotel you turn right, after about 100 m the first possibility turn right again into a gravel road. The 3rd and last house is your destination. The parking garage with 2 parking spaces and an e-charging station is located in the basement of the house.

If someone books, you will also get your cancellation fee refunded! Up to 1 week before arrival 50% and in the last week before arrival 80% of the booking amount.
The tourist tax is 1.50 euros / night per person from the age of 14. Settlement in cash on site.
