If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fe
Total payment is due 35 days before arrival.
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Die Finca liegt sehr abseits in Landesinneren. Es gibt Tierhaltung in der Nähe, man kann ab und zu einen Esel, Schafe hören und Flieger. Man kann auch sehen, dass die Finca liebevoll eingerichtet wurde, damit alles authentisch ist. Der Garten ist wunderschön! ABER alles ist alt. Wahrscheinlich 30 Jahre oder älter. Wir konnten nur in den frühen Morgenstunden draußen sein, weil wir trotz Mückenspray aufgefressen wurden. Die überdachte Terrasse ist undicht und kann bei Regen nicht genutzt werden. Die Finca ist nur morgens zu Lüften, weil sonst alles voller Mücken ist. Die meisten Lichter gehen entweder gar nicht oder flackern. Der Boden war nicht gewischt, Die Küche lädt nicht zum Kochen ein. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier und viele Geräte waren klebrig. Die Dusche hat schwarze Silkonfugen. Sehr schade!
