The distance to the centre of Svetvincenat is 6 km. Here you can find tourist information, doctor, pharmacy, post office, cafes, 2 small supermarkets, castle visit, Italian restaurant, pizzeria, church, market place with market days. It is 15 km to the sea to Fazana in the direction of Vodnjan. In Vodnjan 12 km away there is a large Konzum supermarket, next to it a petrol station. Be sure to visit the large church in the centre of Vodnjan. The main road with bus stop is about 500 m away.
Getting there
Dear guests, The house and keys will be handed over by Mrs. Vesna Bankovic in Bijazici. She can be reached at +385-91 539 7753 and speaks good English. Please hand over the deposit of 300 Euro to Mrs. Bankovic upon your arrival. Arrival under normal circumstances 4 p.m. (or earlier), departure on Saturdays no later than 10 a.m. Mrs. Bankovic will tell you by telephone. Please contact Mrs. Bankovic at the latest before crossing the Croatian border. From Germany you can travel via Slovenia or Italy. Wir hatten zu viert zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa Vita: Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine, Nespresso- Maschine, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Grill und als Willkommensgeschenk eine Flasche Wein und Wasser. Besonders die an jedes Schlafzimmer angrenzenden Bäder sind Highlights sowie natürlich der große, saubere Pool. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Die Tischtennisplatte hat uns richtig viel Spaß gemacht. Unser Dank gilt auch der sehr netten und lieben Betreuung durch Gorana und Darko direkt vor Ort. Die Lage der Villa ist ideal: zu sämtlichen Städten 30 bis 45 Minuten und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 5 Auto-Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit, vielen Dank, lieber Herr Liemen!

Wir haben eine tolle Villa mit allen Ausstattungen in einer wunderschonen gepflegten Anlage vorgefunden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und über den gesamten Urlaub von 14 tagen hervorragend mit allen Anliegen bestens beraten. Die Villa Vita liegt in einem kleinen Ort unweit der Küste, einfache Wege zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge in der Nähe. Selbst ein beheizbarer Pool kann man bei schlechter Wetterlage gegen Aufpreis nutzen. Das Haus selber ist mit allem ausgestattet was eine Familie zum Wohnen oder für die Freizeit brauchen. An Spielgeräten im Freien oder in der Villa mangelt es nicht. Uns hat der persönliche Kontakt zum Besitzer der Villa gefallen, er ist sehr freundlich und unterstützend.
