Cancellation policy
Depending on the length of time until the arrival date, the following cancellation fees will be agreed upon with the travel price:
Up to 30 days before departure there are no cancellation fees. 29 days to 22 days before departure we charge 20%.
from 21 days to 14 days before the beginning of the trip the charge is 30% and from 13 days before the beginning of the trip the cancellation fee is 50%.

The distance to the centre of Svetvincenat is 6 km. Here you can find tourist information, doctor, pharmacy, post office, cafes, 2 small supermarkets, castle visit, Italian restaurant, pizzeria, church, market place with market days.
It is 15 km to the sea to Fazana in the direction of Vodnjan. In Vodnjan 12 km away there is a large Konzum supermarket, next to it a petrol station. Be sure to visit the large church in the centre of Vodnjan.
The main road with bus stop is about 500 m away.
Getting there

The house and keys will be handed over by Mrs. Vesna Bankovic in Bijazici.
She can be reached at +385-91 539 7753 and speaks good English.
Please hand over the deposit of 300 Euro to Mrs. Bankovic upon your arrival.
Arrival under normal circumstances 4 p.m. (or earlier), departure on Saturdays no later than 10 a.m.
Mrs. Bankovic will tell you by telephone.
Please contact Mrs. Bankovic at the latest before crossing the Croatian border.
From Germany you can travel via Slovenia or Italy.

Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Personen (3 Kinder) zum 2. mal in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist allumfassend ausgestattet, es fehlt absolut an nichts ! Man merkt, dass der Vermieter das Haus auch selber über längere Zeit nutzt. Hervorzuheben sind auf jeden Fall tolle große Pool samt Garten, sowie der sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieter und die Hausverwalterin. Sollte etwas fehlen oder Fragen bestehen, sind beide erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen in der Nähe: Der Supermarkt in Svetvincenat ist zwar klein, aber gut sortiert, zwei große Supermärkte gibt es in Vodnjan. Beide Orte lohnen sich auch für einen Besuch. Rund um die Burg in Svetvincenat gibt es Bars und Pizzerien, in denen man abends nett sitzen kann. Die Pizzeria "Grimaldi" ist ein klarer Tipp, genauso das Mittelalterfest in dem Ort.

Diese Villa ist wunderschön und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Wir haben super geschlafen und uns gut erholen können.
Alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Pool ist richtig top. Die Betreuung durch Vesna war super. Vielen Dank dafür.
Dieser Urlaub ist bislang der Beste, den wir je hatten.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder...
