Cancellation policy
If you, as the tenant of the holiday property, withdraw from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the customer's withdrawal date, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before occupancy begins: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before occupancy begins: 50%
- from the 29th day before occupancy begins: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is legally prohibited due to border closures, travel or lodging bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

The kilometers-long, wide, fine sandy beach can be reached by bicycle on well-developed cycle paths within about 10 minutes.

Host informationI have known the region for over 40 years. After acquiring a holiday home in the early 90s, the idea soon emerged to offer additional handpicked accommodations from neighbors, friends, and acquaintances.

Wir reisten als Familie mit vier Kindern (9 bis 16) erstmals nach Frankreich. Die Wahl fiel wegen Klima, Umgebung und Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten auf diese Region. Ursprünglich liebäugelten wir mit einem anderen Objekt, nach einem Gespräch mit Herrn Bell entschieden wir uns für dieses.
Die Bilder werden der Realität nur bedingt gerecht, innen wie außen ist es noch schöner. Der Pool ist ein Traum mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten. Es gibt sehr viel Platz, und die Liebe der Eigentümer zum Detail ist überall spürbar. Auch beim freundlichen Empfang wurde deutlich, wie wichtig den Gastgebern das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste ist.
Die Ausstattung ist überragend und sorgte sofort dafür, dass sich alle Familienmitglieder sehr wohlfühlten. Sauberer haben wir in 25 Jahren noch kein Feriendomizil übernommen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern (7/9/11) in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Labenne, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr hochwertig, von der Küche über die Polstermöbel bis zur Technik, sogar eine Alarmanlage ist vorhanden. Unser Multivan konnte problemlos auf dem breiten, überdachten Stellplatz geparkt werden.
Wir haben zum zweiten Mal über Herrn Bell ein Ferienhaus in Südfrankreich gemietet, alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit, von der Buchung über die Hauseinweisung bis zur Abreise. So wünscht man es sich, wir werden sicher wieder ein Haus bei Bell Vacance mieten.
