Cancellation policy
If you, as the tenant of the holiday property, withdraw from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the customer's withdrawal date, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before occupancy begins: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before occupancy begins: 50%
- from the 29th day before occupancy begins: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is legally prohibited due to border closures, travel or lodging bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

The kilometers-long, wide, fine sandy beach can be reached by bicycle on well-developed cycle paths within about 10 minutes.

Wir haben wunderschöne Sommerferien in dem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Pool ist perfekt, der Garten sehr schön bepflanzt, die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem ist man schnell bei den wunderschönen Stränden, Orten und Geschäften. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Region und sind immer noch sehr beeindruckt von den wunderschönen Orten und Stränden, die wir gesehen haben.
Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, um in kurzer Fahrtzeit mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto die Gegend zu erkunden.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war für uns genau richtig und praktisch war auch, dass die Toiletten von den Bädern getrennt waren.
Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es ist alles da, was man braucht!
Die Terrasse und der Garten des Hauses sind sehr schön und laden zum Verweilen ein und der Pool ist zum Abkühlen wunderbar.
Der Verwalter des Hauses und auch die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und aufmerksam und standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Es freut mich sehr, dass Sie einen schönen ersten Urlaub an der südlichen französischen Atlantikküste verbracht haben. Sie haben völlig Recht, diese Gegend hat weit mehr zu bieten als "nur" kilometerlange, breite feine Sandstrände.
