Cancellation policy
If you as the tenant cancel the lease agreement for the holiday property, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the customer's cancellation date, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is officially prohibited due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can of course rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Holiday destination
Tosse is a small, established village nestled between St. Vincent de Tyrosse and Seignosse, surrounded by lakes, forests, and fields. Those who value peace and relaxation, and do not necessarily need to live right on the beachfront, will immediately feel at home in Tosse. The striking Romanesque-Byzantine church of Saint Sever from the 12th century, which has been protected as a historical monument since 1928, is particularly noteworthy. In addition, the village has a bakery, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, several restaurants, and - recently - a challenging Pump Track Skate Park, which is very popular among teenagers.
From Tosse, you can reach the large freshwater lake Etang Blanc within a few minutes by bicycle, named for its water that sparkles white in the sun. There are several beautiful, gently sloping swimming spots that are never crowded, even in the peak season. Families with small children especially appreciate the shady resting places under pines and cork oaks. Moreover, Etang Blanc is a favorite spot for anglers. The lush vegetation is also a breeding ground for numerous rare bird species.
In the surrounding pine forests, there are many well-marked trails for walkers, horseback riders, and mountain bikers. Tosse is also connected to the excellent network of cycle paths of the Les Landes department.
The kilometers of wide, fine sandy beaches of the Atlantic can be reached from Tosse within about 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bicycle.
In the noteworthy spa and thermal town of Dax (about 20 km east), the TGV stops several times a day.

Tolles grosszügiges Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung. Schöner gepflegter Garten mit Pool zur Abkühlung. Alles sehr sauber und guten Zustand. Vermieter sehr freundlich und diskret. Ruhige Wohngegend. Wir haben unsere Ferien in dem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Die Gegend hat viele schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe mit herzigen Ortschaften und mega Stränden zum Baden, Surfen und relaxen.
