Cancellation policy
If you as the tenant cancel the holiday property rental agreement, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the time of the customer's cancellation, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is prohibited by official orders due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can of course rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

A bakery, several restaurants, a very good pizzeria, a bicycle rental, as well as multiple surf schools are all within about a 5-minute walk. A well-stocked supermarket, which is even open until 8 PM on Sundays during the season, is located about 600 meters away. The center of Hossegor with additional charming cafes, good restaurants, and chic boutiques, as well as the saltwater lake with its fine sandy beaches ideal for children, are each about 1 km away.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, man sieht den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon und ist super schnell am Strand. Die Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe und die gesamte Abwicklung hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Zusammengefasst: super tolle Lage, die viele Ausflugs- und Sportmöglichkeiten bietet. Außerdem gab es immer irgendwo ein Festival oder einen Markt. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder.

vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung. Es freut mich sehr, dass Sie sich in IhrerFerienwohnung so wohl gefühlt haben und den Sonnenuntergang über dem Atlantik genießen konnten.
Vielleicht kommen Sie ja das nächste Mal für zwei (oder sogar drei?) Wochen nach Aquitanien, denn es gibt außer den Traumstränden, den Festivals und den Märkten noch vieles mehr zu entdecken.
Übrigens: in Hossegor finden jedes Jahr am ersten Septemberwochenende (2024: 30.8. bis 1.9.) auf der Promenade vor dem Hauptstrand ein sehr sehens- und hörenswertes Latino-Festival mit Tanz statt, also nur wenige Gehminuten von dieser Ferienwohnung entfernt.
