Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the rental contract, the tenant is liable to the landlord for the resulting loss of rental income according to the principles developed by case law (rental price minus saved own expenses), provided that despite efforts it is not possible to re-rent the property in whole or in part. If a tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
Cancellations or terminations must be made in writing. The relevant date is the day the landlord receives the written notice. The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
Up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
Later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
Nevertheless, the landlord will make efforts to rent the property to others.
The risk of non-arrival can be covered by travel cancellation insurance. Such insurance is not included in the rental price and must be arranged by the tenant at their own expense if desired.

Getting there
By car: Take the A31 motorway, exit at Emden, then follow signs toward Norden and continue following local signs from there.
By train: Travel to Norden station, then take a bus to Neßmersiel or use our pick-up service.

Ein super schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz zum Relaxen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Vielen Dank auch für die vielen Infos über Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Unter Anderem haben wir den Schlosspark Lütetsburg am Abend Illuminiert bewundern können.
Ein Urlaub den wir nicht so schnell vergessen werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten wieder einmal einen schönen Urlaub an der Nordsee und wie immer trug die Unterkunft auch einen großen Teil dazu bei.
Nach wiederholten Urlauben in der Lüttje-Fewo und dem Lüttje-Huus nun einmal das Wellness-Huus und wir wurden wie erwartet nicht enttäuscht.
Wir können die Häuser nur empfehlen und werden auch zukünftig dort unseren Nordsee Urlaub verbringen.

Moin, Moin lieber Herr Bonzol,
lieben Dank für die tolle Bewertung. Mittlerweile haben wir viele Stammgäste die zwischen den Häusern wechseln, um auch mal eine andere Umgebung zu haben. Wir haben die Ferienhäuser alles ähnlich ausgestattet, damit es unseren Gästen nicht an etwas fehlt. Diese tolle Bewertung spornt uns an diesen Standart zu halten und wenn möglich noch zu verbessern.
