Villa Arman contains four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has access to the courtyard with beautiful countryside views. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor and are each equipped with a wardrobe, desk, television, air conditioning and underfloor heating. The bathrooms are spacious and very modern and minimalist. Clean lines and neutral colors such as gray and beige follow the design of the entire villa. Each bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower cubicle, a toilet, a sink with a large mirror above it and a hairdryer. Underfloor heating is also available in the bathrooms.

The villa has a well-kept garden, which is fenced and therefore ideal for playing with children or pets. The large pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, while the jacuzzi is a great option in the colder months. There is also a covered outdoor area for socializing with a large dining table and barbecue.
The villa is located in a quiet environment, surrounded by hills, beautiful nature and vineyards. For those interested in outdoor activities, the villa is close to numerous hiking and cycling trails. Be sure to visit one of the local autochthonous taverns to truly experience Istria.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
