Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received. (for Sundays or public holidays, the following business day applies). In case of non-arrival or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

Villa Jasminka is a newly built holiday home in Kastelir, about 12 km from Porec and 8 km from the sea. Close to the house, there are a shop, a restaurant, a pizzeria, an ATM, and other facilities. It is situated on its own fenced property of 950 m² with landscaped lawn and surrounded by olive trees.

The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Please check in here.
