Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The cancellation date is considered to be the date on which the cancellation notice is received (on Sundays or public holidays, the following business day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the full amount of the reservation.

Villa Perla Exclusive is a modern holiday home in the village of Stranici, 5 km from the beach and only a 10-minute drive from Porec. It is situated on its own fenced property of 620 sqm where guests have access to a 50 sqm outdoor pool, a covered terrace with a barbecue fireplace and dining table, a sun deck with loungers, a well-maintained lawn, and parking for two vehicles.

The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Please check in here.
