Unexpected events can always occur. However, it's disappointing for everyone if Villa Seewind remains vacant when other vacationers would have gladly taken the opportunity. If you are unable to commence your booked stay, the following cancellation fees apply: Cancellation/ Termination - up to 49 days before the rental start: 20% of the rental price - up to 35 days before the rental start: 40% of the rental price - up to 21 days before the rental start: 60% of the rental price - up to 14 days before the rental start: 90% of the rental price - otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental start) 100% of the rental price. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit eingezäunten Garten. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden , was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Auch bei einem kleinen Problem hat sich der/die Vermieter/in sofort gekümmert.

Wir und unsere Fellnase, haben uns super wohlgefühlt in der Villa Seewind. Wir verbrachten schon sehr oft Urlaub in Julianadorp, dieses Haus, war bisher das schönste . Das Haus ist frisch renoviert, liebevoll und mit viel Stil eingerichtet und bei der Küchen Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Man spürt direkt beim Betreten, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird. Die Couchen sind sehr bequem mit Liegefunktionen. Matratzen sind bequem. Badezimmer hat eine begehbare Dusche und eine Badewanne. und ein separates WC. Zusätzlicher Pluspunkt und das war für uns ein wichtiger Punkt, dass Haus ist ebenerdig. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, so dass man seinen Hunde auch mal unbeaufsichtigt im Garten rumspringen lassen kann. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
