The accommodation is modernly equipped with underfloor heating. The Antiquarius holiday home can accommodate up to 9 people.
The house awaits you with the following amenities:
5 bedrooms (2 double rooms with king-size bed, 1 double room with king-size bed plus pull-out couch and 2 single rooms), a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms with shower / bathtub and a very large dining and living room area. In the winter months, our guests can spend cozy evenings by the fireplace. In summer, the large garden invites you to enjoy cozy hours with a barbecue and the sunset. A gas grill is available to guests free of charge. There is seating on the large terrace.
The house is divided into 3 floors so that a larger group of people can find enough space and retreat to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a wine fridge, oven, large ceramic hob, dishwasher, hand mixer, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine and much more.
On the first floor a balcony connects directly to 2 bedrooms. From here you can enjoy a great view of the Eifel.
You can find free parking spaces in front of the house.

Damit die Buchung für beide Seiten verbindlich ist , ist eine Anzahlung von 30 % des Rechnungsbetrages bis spätestens 3 Tage nach Buchung zu zahlen, die Restzahlung ist fällig 8 Wochen vor Anreise.
Im Mietpreis sind die Kosten für Bettwäsche Wasser enthalten. Die Energiekosten werden pro Tag berechnet.
Die Kaution in Höhe von 300 Euro ist 1 Woche vor Anreise ebenfalls per Überweisung zu zahlen und wird nach der Abreise zurücküberwiesen.
