Holiday destination
In Dornum there are grocery shops (Aldi, Netto, Edeka), doctors and a pharmacy. Every Thursday there is a market with fresh, regional products and our moated castle and associated park for a nice walk stroll.
Dornumersiel is about 4 km away and can be reached by bike or car in a few minutes. There you will find a swimming beach, an outdoor swimming pool and a small harbour with a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. The salt marshes are perfect for long walks or bike rides.

Haben dort mit Hund Urlaub gemacht, super Hundefreundlich. Kann dort im eingezäunten Garten frei herumlaufen. Die Ausstattung im Ferienhaus war sehr gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Können die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich abgelegen im ländlichen Bereich, viele Ausflugsziele wie Norddeich und Co sehr gut erreichbar. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, konnten aber dennoch im überdachten Aussenbereich draußen sitzen. Würden dort immer wieder Urlaub machen :-)

Man kommt an und fühlt sich wohl.
Waren mit 2 Hunden über Silvester hier und hatten noch nie so ruhige Hunde .
