Just 1.5 km away, you'll find a supermarket and many cozy restaurants in Den Hoorn. For those who love to hike, Paal 9 beach is less than 3 km away. You can take a beautiful walk through the dunes, passing the grazing lands of Black Angus cattle, to the beach. Or visit the nearby nature reserve De Hors with its many lakes, the wildest part of Texel, and the only area where new dunes are still forming.
For cyclists and mountain bikers, 't Veldje is also a great starting point for a scenic bike ride through the dunes and forests. The house is smoke-free and pet-free.
Getting there
Access to your holiday home:
Your holiday home is equipped with a digital lock that can be opened via an app on your own phone. Upon your arrival on Texel, you can go straight to your accommodation. Two weeks before your arrival, you will receive more information about accessing your holiday home.
Upon arrival at your accommodation, there are towels (2 per person) and kitchen towels. The beds are made for you upon arrival.
