The nearest beach is La Cinta beach, which is only 2.5 km away. It features a 6 km strip of white and fine sand. The water is spectacular, transparent, and crystalline and has the most incredible colour. Suitable for children who can do kite surfing and wind surfing or take beautiful walks on horseback at sunrise or sunset.
The house is an excellent starting point for the most beautiful excursions: head north to visit the Maddalena archipelago and the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo), south to the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, or inland to see the wonderful nature of the Gallura region (Tempio Pausania). You can also visit the numerous archaeological sites in Sardinia such as the Nuragic village of Barumini, which is recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, or the Arzachena area, which features the “Giant’s graves” and the nuraghes.
Other suggestions: the sunrise path to the high dunes of La Cinta or an aperitif at the site of the village of Punta EST on Capo Coda Cavallo at sunset in front of the islands of Tavolara and Molara.

The house is located in the small, quietm and well-kept town of L’ Alzoni surrounded by the peace and tranquility of the Sardinian countryside and just a few minutes’ drive from San Teodoro.
It is a place of peace and relaxation and is strategically located close to the main communication routes that take you to the exceptionally beautiful beaches and inland Sardinia.
Only 3 km away is the bustling tourist hotspot of San Teodoro with its many restaurants, boutiques, and various shopping and entertainment options.
On the way to the beautiful beaches of La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, and Cala Ambra, which can all be reached in just a few minutes by car, you can take in the view at the beautiful lagoon of San Teodoro with its wonderful landscape and the flamingos.

Host informationWe discovered Sardinia five years ago and immediately fell in love with the beautiful island and the many opportunities to relax and be active.
In 2022, we discovered our charming villa. After a year of construction work and loving renovation, we feel quite comfortable and at home in L’Alzoni and enjoy the Sardinian “dolce vita” as often as we can.

Wir haben im letzten Herbst zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Alzoni verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet,
es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch mit zwei Familien läßt sich wunderbar dort Urlaub machen, es gibt unterschiedliche Terrassen und viele gemütliche Ecken im Garten. Die Lage war für uns optimal, sehr ruhig und idyllisch, aber trotzdem sind die Strände und
San Theodoro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Betreuung und Übergabe war sehr nett und kompetent, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Meine Frau und ich haben zwei unvergessliche Wochen in dem luxuriösen Häuschen in Alzoni verbracht. Garten und Terasse sind ein Traum, und man ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten am Meer, Supermarkt, Café oder Restaurant. Die Übergabe lief einwandfrei. Alles war sauber und die Einrichtung wurde mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Auch bei der Austattung war alles da was das Herz begehrt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!
