Super Lage, schöne und komplette Wohnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Der Pool ist sehr schön und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Spanish Water und den Yachthafen. Der kleine Strand am Spanish Water mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen sorgt für ein Extra und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, der Garten und die Einrichtungen. Aufgrund des Alters der Anlage (10 Jahre) sieht man hier und da kleinere Schäden, die an sich aber kein Problem darstellen. Der einzige Nachteil, der uns einfällt, ist, dass die Wohnung nicht direkt dem Wind ausgesetzt ist und man somit einigermaßen geschützt ist. Zweitens nimmt der Eigentümer 15 kWh pro Tag als Teil des Preises, in der Praxis entspricht dies eher den 25 kWh pro Tag, die Sie verbrauchen.
