Cancellation policy
Up to 29 days before arrival, 20% of the rental price
28-21 days before arrival 50% of the rental price
20 - 8 days before arrival 75% of the rental amount
7 - 0 days before arrival we will ask for the entire rental amount.
If we get a new booking in the canceled period, we only charge the difference.
In the event of a government travel ban you will receive a credit note for payments already made. This credit would be valid for 2 years. So you wouldn't lose anything....

Holiday destination
Pitsidia is located on the central south coast of Crete and is about 65 km, an hour drive away from Heraklion Airport. The village is ideally situated to explore the world famous area attractions, such as the ancient palace of Phaistos and the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the Monastery "Moni Odigitria" and of course the beautiful beaches of Matala, Red Beach, Komos , Agiofarago, Ag.Pavlos, Tripiti, Preveli, etc. also, the museum in Vori is quickly reached.
You will find in the village minimarkets, baker's shop, restaurants, the breakfast cafe "Onira" where you can also borrow books, butcher, pharmacy and Car/Bike Rental.
The wonderful sandy beach Komo is reached in ca. 30 minutes on foot or 5 min. by car.
On the village square, there are in summertime some events with live music. These evenings have a great atmosphere.
Wonderful hiking possibilities are in the surrounding area and beautiful gorges.
Getting there
Your Airport should be Heraklion, since it is remote only to hour ca. 1,15 of Pitsidia and you could reach readily with taxi, bus or car hire, your vacation destination. With pleasure I help you also at a car hire reservation.

Der Süden von Kreta ist herrlich. Es ist ruhig, nicht so überfüllt und wir genießen es immer wieder. Wir waren mittlerweile das 4. mal in einer Unterkunft von Familie Pachakis und es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Tolle Menschen, tolle Umgebung. Man kann viel unternehmen aber gleichzeitig auch die Ruhe genießen mit zum Beispiel ein Tag am Pool. Als Familie sehr zu empfehlen, unsere Jungs lieben es. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zum vierten Mal kommen wir wieder völlig beseelt und mega erholt aus unserem Urlaub bei Manolis. Es war wie immer wie "nach hause" kommen. Manolis und Bärbel kümmern sich so toll ums Wohl der Gäste und es fehlte an nichts. Wer nicht nur Urlaub machen will, sondern auch willkommen und verwöhnt werden will ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen immer wieder!
