Hello and good day dear guests,
our vacation apartment "Gartenblick-Katzwinkel" is about 40m² and offers space for 1-2 people and is a non-smoking apartment. It has its own entrance and its own free parking space for your car. WLAN is also available free of charge. The apartment consists of a cozy living room with sofa bed and TV with satellite, an adjacent fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water and egg boiler and much more. The apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed (ca.140x200) and a spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine (free use) large mirror and hairdryer. To the apartment belongs its own terrace with existing barbecue and seating, as well as the additional possibility of using a barbecue pavilion (by arrangement) and garden sharing. Pets (dogs) are welcome (max. two animals) and bowls can be provided.
Our holiday flat is located in a two-apartment house of a semi-detached house and is situated away from the street in the rear part of the building.
It has its own entrance with parking space and is structurally separated from the other flats, so that there is no disturbing overlapping within the building. The location promises a quiet and undisturbed stay to enjoy a few nice and relaxing days. Pets/dogs (max. 2 animals) are also welcome and in case of an emergency there is also a veterinary practice (veterinary clinic) with 24/7 opening hours in the immediate vicinity.
We are located in the beautiful village of Katzwinkel(Sieg) on the edge of the Westerwald, in a densely wooded recreational area. The surrounding area is particularly suitable for hiking and cycling tours. The "Druidensteig" hiking trail in particular, as well as other designated hiking routes, are right on our doorstep. There are also other possibilities in the surrounding area to plan varied adventure tours.
And the fresh bread rolls in the morning are also guaranteed! In approx. 800m distance to the holiday flat there is a bakery where you can also discover other delicacies ;-)

Zahlungsbedingung:
Die Zahlung des Gesamtmietbetrages ist vor dem Aufenthalt zu leisten und sollte spätestens 14 Tage vor der Anreise erfolgen. Liegen zwischen dem Tag der Buchung und dem Anreisetag weniger als 14 Tage, so ist der gesamte Betrag sofort nach Buchung auf das entsprechende Konto zu überweisen.
Stornierung und Aufenthaltsabbruch:
Wird die Buchung vom Gast/Mieter vor Beginn des Aufenthaltes storniert, sind als Entschädigung unter Anrechnung der ersparten Aufwendungen die folgenden Buchungen zu entrichten, sofern eine anderweitige Weitervermietung nicht möglich sein sollte:
bis 50 Tage vor Aufenthaltsbeginn = 33% des Buchungspreises
bis 30 Tage vor Aufenthaltsbeginn = 66% des Buchungspreises
bis 14 Tage vor Aufenthaltsbeginn = 90% des Buchungspreises
An- und Abreise:
Das Ferienapartment „Gartenblick-Katzwinkel“ wird am Anreisetag ab 15:00 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen.
Am Abreisetag sollte die Wohnung bis 10:00 Uhr geräumt und in einem ordnungsgemäßen Zustand verlassen werden.
Hunde sind erlaubt (bis max. zwei Tiere), 3€ / Tier pro Tag
Schlüsselübergabe:
Der Schlüssel wird am Anreisetag persönlich durch die Vermieter oder deren Beauftragten übergeben und es erfolgt eine kurze Wohnungseinweisung. Sollte eine persönliche Übergabe nicht möglich sein, wird der Schlüssel in einem Schlüsselsafe neben der Eingangstüre hinterlegt. Der entsprechende Code wird dann vor Anreise per E-Mail, WhatsApp oder Telefonisch mitgeteilt.
Am Abreisetag wird der Schlüssel entweder von den Vermietern oder einer anderen dafür beauftragten Person entgegen genommen oder ist wieder in dem Schlüsselsafe zu hinterlegen.

An- und Abreise:
Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem zwei Parteien Haus einer Doppelhaushälfte und liegt von der Straße abgewandt im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes. Sie verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang mit Parkplatz und ist von den anderen Wohnungen baulich abgetrennt.
Das Ferienapartment „Gartenblick-Katzwinkel“ wird am Anreisetag ab
15:00 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen. Am Abreisetag sollte die Wohnung bis
10:00 Uhr geräumt und in einem ordnungsgemäßen Zustand verlassen
werden. Die Endreinigung erfolgt dann anschließend und wird wie vorher
vereinbart verbucht bzw. in Rechnung gestellt. Für den Fall einer evtl. Anreise nach 22:00 Uhr achten Sie bitte auf die entsprechende Ruhezeit.
