Reservation cancellations notified >60 < 42 days before arrival: 50 % of the total reservation cost (prepayment) is charged
Reservation cancellations notified 60 days before arrival and less, the prepayment is no refundable.
Full refundation only in case of finding replacement guests at the same conditions.

We spent a very nice and relaxing week in Villa Franka. The house is new and very well equipped, the outdoor area is very well maintained and together with the great pool you immediately feel at home. The landlords were really nice and friendly so that we were in holiday mode as soon as we arrived.
