The region is also popular with divers and fishermen due to the "Lac de Saint-Cassien" (27 km away from the villa) – a beautiful, huge reservoir covering 600 hectares, as well as with hikers and mountain bikers. Equestrian enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy in this area.
Overall, the location of this property offers numerous very attractive sights that are within a short driving distance. In addition, the coastal towns of Cannes and Théoule-sur-Mer or Fréjus are about 45 km away, so within a manageable distance to the villa if you fancy a day at the beach or a shopping trip.
We approached the property via Le Muy from Sainte-Maxime and for the most part, it was a very beautiful and well-developed country road through vineyards and pine forests or wooded areas – a truly exceptionally appealing road!
Holiday destination
A beautiful pool area with a free-form pool measuring 11 x 4.5 meters is accessed via several steps. A corresponding number of sun loungers and umbrellas are of course available, and from there, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic landscape view over the Esterel mountains.
Located to the side of the pool is also a shady pool house with a charming seating area. The fantastically landscaped and very well-maintained property with beautiful evening outdoor lighting covers an area of 2,900 m² and is completely enclosed. Access is via an electric gate, and numerous vehicles can be parked within the property in a garage or in the outdoor area.
