Welcome to our beautiful, newly renovated holiday home with garden and terrace overlooking the water and the boat dock (up to 14 meters boats possible) in south-west location with fabulous views.
The house offers the best location in Port Grimaud, because it is really only 20 meters from the beach.
On the ground floor you will find the large living-dining area with kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine) and terrace. There is also a TV and a front yard with shade available.
On the second floor there is a 2 and a 3-bed room with a separate toilet and bathroom with shower.
Because of the Southwest location you benefit from a lot of sun even in off-season. Parking is available.
Especially in high season the house is only bookable on a weekly basis from Sat. to Sat.. Please bring your own bed sheets.
The surrounding is very child-friendly - kids can move relatively freely and it is clean and safe. It is close to the beach (ideal for families with small children). There are many markets Also many boats in a quiet surrounding.

Port Grimaud is a paradise for sailors (Little Venice). All houses are located on the waterfront and from the "La maison bleu" its only 20 steps to the beach where you can find many water sports activity. Boats can be hired as well. Many bars and restaurants are close by and there is an hourly shuttle boat to St Tropez. It is one of the most beautiful areas in the Mediterranean Sea. Once you've been here you will always comes back.
Grimaud is 3 km away. Near St. Tropez, there are many natural beaches. Hiking and biking is also possible. In the surrounding area, many markets can be visited.
Antibes and Cannes are within easy reach. In the area there are a lot of nice little towns with nice restaurants. A camping site with entertainment program is near.
The airport of Nice is about an hour and 10 minutes by car
