Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 50 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 49 days before arrival, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price. Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 80%. In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, the total price will be charged. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

Thanks to its proximity to the "Path of the Senses", the Rothaarsteig © ,Winterberg-Hildfeld is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking. Whether it's in winter or summer, you'll never be bored here. Lake Hille is only 3 km away. Here you will find a modern water ski facility.
You will find groomed cross-country trails in the immediate vicinity on the Hochheide and in the Hilletal.
In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the Ruhrquelle ski area, which is also covered with snow during the colder time of year.
It is only 10 minutes by car to the ski lift carousel in Winterberg. Here you will find 27 lifts!

Coming from the Ruhr region: Dortmund -Kassel motorway exit for Arnsberg: head towards Meschede, Olsberg, Winterberg B 480 in Niedersfeld left to Hildfeld.
From Hamburg - Hanover - Bremen: A2 motorway Hanover Dortmund exit Sennestadt B 68 - Paderborn, B 480 Brilon - Olsberg towards Winterberg in Niedersfeld left to Hildfeld OR take the exit for Rheda Wiedenbrück B 55 Lippstadt Belecke - Brilon B 480 Altenbüren - Olsberg towards Winterberg in Niedersfeld left to Hildfeld.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen und ländlichen Umgebung. Zum Skifahren muss man nach Winterberg ca 15 Minuten.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Fazit: Wer Ruhe in ländlicher Umgebung sucht ist hier richtig.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in dem Ferienhaus.
Eine wunderschöne Gegend, ein netter Ort von dem aus Ausflüge mit der Familie gut erreichbar waren.
Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief freundlich und reibungslos.
Gerne wieder :-)
