Der Aufenthalt war gut. Auch die Unterkunft. Nicht jedoch die Abwicklung und die Preise. Die nachträglich zu zahlenden Einheitspreise für Wasser, Strom und Heizung lagen fast doppelt so hoch wie die Angaben von Belvilla. Hinzu kamen zusätzliche Kosten, die auf der Belvilla-Website nicht erwähnt wurden. Darüber hinaus wurde keine Inventur durchgeführt, sondern uns wurden 50 € für eine fehlende Bettdecke in Rechnung gestellt. Derzeit hat Belvilla keine Intervention/Hilfe erhalten

Die nachzuzahlenden Einheitspreise für Wasser, Strom und Heizung waren fast doppelt so hoch wie die Angaben von Belvilla. Es gab auch zusätzliche Kosten, die auf der Belvilla-Website nicht erwähnt wurden. Und obendrein wurde keine Inventur gemacht, sondern uns wurden 50 € für eine fehlende Bettdecke berechnet.
