Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation conditions:
The entitlement to cancellation fees for cancellations of bookings is:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- Thereafter, 90 percent of the total amount
- Deposit after booking confirmation, 20 percent of the total amount
- No credit card/cash payment or transfer of the balance on arrival
2. Cancellation policy:
- You can cancel your booking within 14 days of booking confirmation without giving any reason in writing
(e.g. letter, e-mail). The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form. In order to comply with the withdrawal period
the timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient.

3. Leaving the apartment:
- The guest has to leave the apartment swept clean
- The host takes care of the final cleaning "free of charge"
- The guest must report damage to the apartment to the host
4. Arrival and departure
- Departure: until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
- Check-in: from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm

Eine helle, große Wohnung mit gehobenen Standard, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wirkt wie neu, in der Küche sind auch Verbrauchsmittel vorhanden. Gute WLAN-Verbindung, moderne Geräte, tolle Aussicht auf den kalten Keller bis zum Jenner, von der Hauptstraße hört man nichts. Selbst bei Belegung mit 4 Personen Platz satt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, unsere 1. Anfrage gehört der Familie Schmidt, die sich umfassend gekümmert hat.
