100qm max. 9 Persons, no-smoking in the 300-years-old, partly renewed farmers house, at the end of the Sonnbergstraße, 1000m seelevel. You are alone in the house. With the view to the lake and the high mountains you are near the forest. Baker´s service. Dogs allowed.
Groundfloor: A large, full outfit kitchen, maschines for washing and dishes, livingroom (Cabel-TV, Internet, )WC/Shower
First floor: 3 sleeping-rooms, shower and WC, Mini-kitchen.

Balconies, in the garden fireplaces, table and seats.

Special features

You are alone in the house on 1000 m sealevel, at the end of the Sonnbergstraße. Your children may accompany me to feeding the sheep.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Gegend mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten. Das Haus ist wunderschön oberhalb von Zell gelegen mit direktem Blick auf den See und die Schmittenhöhe.

Der Urlaub im Steingut hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Das Haus, der Garten, die Umgebung, die Aussicht, die lieben Vermieter, einfach alles perfekt für uns als Familie. Die ungestörte Ruhe und doch die Nähe zur Stadt und zum See , Wandern vom Haus aus und kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten runden den mehr als gelungenen Urlaub ab. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir (Ehepaar mit Hund) haben uns "pudelwohl" gefühlt in dem alten Haus mit der wunderbaren Atmosphäre! Dieses Haus atmet 300 Jahre gelebtes Leben aus; das teilt sich einem in jedem Raum mit ... Der Blick in die herrlichen Berge, runter zum See - besser kann die Seele nicht "baumeln" und entspannen. Eine himmlische Ruhe, nur das leise Gackern der Hühner, das Krähen des Hahns am Morgen ("Ich bin hier der Chef!"), das Schnattern der Entchen - das ist Natur pur! Wir kommen wieder!!!
