2 Türrahmen der Toilette wurde wegen Holzfäule in der Dusche abgesägt
3 Die Terrasse war sehr rutschig
4 Die Tür des Saunaofens war kaputt
5 Glasplatte der Sauna war kaputt
6 Das Dach über dem Gaszähler war kaputt und fiel zu Boden.
Also alles in allem viel zu teuer
