This holiday home on Sonnberg is yours alone during your vacation.

It is situated above the village in a sunny, quiet location with a fantastic view. An oasis for the soul. It is cozy and mostly furnished with stylish Tyrolean antiques. In very wintry conditions, snow chains may sometimes be necessary.

The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, guest toilet, wardrobe room, and a continuous balcony.

On the lower floor, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, toilet, terrace, and access to the garden.

Holiday destination

Kirchberg in Tirol is just a few minutes' drive from KitzbÃ¼hel. The holiday home is located on the famous Sonnberg, about 200 meters above the village.

The hiking trail leads past the house into the village or to the summit of the Rauhen Kopf.

Getting there

Coming from Munich, please take the WÃ¶rgl Ost exit towards KitzbÃ¼hel (Brixental).

After about 20 km, you will reach the beginning of Kirchberg in Tirol.

There, turn left towards Spertendorf and after 200 m turn left again onto Sonnbergweg and follow for approximately 2 km.

Für 2 Wochen durften wir uns mit unseren Hunden in dem FH erholen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Lage ist Super. Der Kaffee am Morgen mit Blick auf Kirchberg wurde schnell zur Routine.
Die Umgebung ist toll, man kann vom Haus aus oder der Umgebung wandern, es gibt schöne Seen und man ist auch schnell in Kitzbühel oder St. Johann.
Rund um, wir haben uns gut erholt und kommen bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder.

Angekommen in einem voll ausgestattetem Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht! In Küche und Bädern war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Ein sorgenfreier Start in den Urlaub. Der Ausblick einfach fantastisch. Morgens beim Kaffee der aufgehenden Sonne oder abends bei einem Genuss-Bierchen auf das erleuchtete Kirchberg schauen mit dem Rettenstein im Hintergrund war einfach traumhaft.
Vielen Dank Fam. Beyer für die schönen Tage in Ihrem Ferienhaus.

Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl im Ferienhaus Walden gefühlt. Es ist sehr liebevoll und mit sehr viel Bedacht eingerichtet und ausgestattet - es fehlt einem vor Ort wirklich an nichts! Dabei runden die wunderschöne Lage und der großartige Ausblick des Hauses den Aufenthalt in besonderer Weise ab. Darüber hinaus gestaltete sich auch die gesamte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern überaus zuvorkommend und nett - wir haben uns von Anbeginn wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt und können einen Urlaub hier nur wärmstens empfehlen.
