Cancellation policy
The deposit will be retained in the case of cancellation. In case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, all unused days will be charged at 100%. In case of cancellation within 60 - 30 days before the date of arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount. For cancellations within the last 30 days we charge 70% of the total amount. For cancellations within the last 7 days we charge 90% of the total amount.

Holiday destination
The farm is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by the woods and fields and is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes and walks in the Nature Parks Fanes-Sennes-Braies and Puez-Odle, Plan de Corones, as well as many other excursion destinations in the beautiful Val Badia and Val Pusteria..Definitely unforgettable holidays.... In a short time you can reach the skiing areas Kronplatz and Alta Badia. You will also receive free bus and train tickets from us, which you can use in the whole region.
Getting there
Those travelling from the north (Austria and Germany) as well as from the south (Verona-Milan) can reach us via the Brenner motorway A22. After the exit from Brixen, take the provincial road in the direction of Pustertal until shortly before St. Lorenzen, where you will find the turn-off to Gadertal. After about 10 km you reach Zwischenwasser. From there you continue in the direction of Corvara. After 300 metres there is a bridge on your right, which you must cross and then immediately turn right again. Follow the road for 2.8 km until you reach Groneshof.

Wir haben 1 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ist geräumig.
Margot und Otmar sind unheimlich freundlich, herzlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Haben eine wundervolle Herbstwoche am Groneshof verbracht. Sind viel gewandert, bekamen sehr gute Tourenvorschläge von Familie Gasser, passend zu unseren Wünschen und dem Wetter entsprechend. Sehr schöne Wohnung, das Zirbenzimmer ist etwas ganz besonderes. Sehr ruhig, die Nacht ist hier noch dunkel. Vielen Dank an Familie Gasser, Sie sind ganz liebe Gastgeber, man fühlt sich willkommen und gut betreut. Sehr gerne wieder!
