If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Das Haus ist ganz schön, hat aber einige Mängel. Es riecht etwas nach Schimmel. Die Fenster sind zum Teil nicht einbruchssicher, wie wir leider selber erfahren mussten.
Die Betten sind für zwei Personen definitiv zu schmal. Es sind keine Poolhandtücher vor Ort und der Pool wurde nicht einmal zwischengereinigt. Sind wir anders gewohnt.
Nicht zu empfehlen ist die Agentur Homerti, die zwischen Traumferienwohnung und Kunden steht. Viele automatisierte Mails und wenn es direkten Mailkontakt gab, war der wirklich unfreundlich. Diese Agentur ist nicht zu empfehlen und ich werde darüber nicht mehr buchen.
