The apartment is in the most prized location in Venice, just a short walk (two minutes on foot) from the renowned and prestigious Peggy Guggenheim Collection Museum, one of the most important museums in Italy for 20th century European and American art. All around the apartment, you can find exclusive art galleries and various stores of all kinds. Five minutes from the Accademia bridge that connects the homonymous Sestriere to the San Marco bridge where you can visit the beautiful square and its Basilica as well as stroll through the calli and the renowned Calle XXII Marzo well known as the shopping street for its many high-fashion stores and prestigious jewelry stores.
Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.
It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.
