In summer there are many wonderful walks along beautiful hiking trails across meadows and through forests, as well as smaller and larger mountain tours in the vicinity.
In winter, this area is one of the snowiest ski areas in Austria - notably the internationally renowned "Skiarena Nassfeld".
But our region is also ideal for beginners. You can learn to ski just 2 km from Haus Kaser. There is a small ski area in Kötschach - about 9 km away.
