Cancellation fees
12.1 In the event of cancellation of a reservation, cancellation fees are payable. These amounts are 15% if the cancellation occurs up to three months before the arrival day, 50% between two and three months before the arrival day, 75% between one and two months before the arrival day, 90% if cancellation occurs up to one month before the arrival day, and 95% if the cancellation occurs on the arrival day of the total price.
12.2 If the tenant has not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notification, this will be treated as a cancellation.
12.3 The customer is always entitled to prove to the landlord that the landlord has suffered no damage at all or significantly less damage than the flat rate demanded by the landlord.

In angenehmer Umgebung haben wir am Wasser viel unternehmen können, auch die tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können den Park und die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder!

Die modern eingerichtete und unverbrauchte Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Wir haben nichts vermisst! Die Klimaanlage ist klasse!
Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über die Fliegengitter. So waren die Nächte sehr erholsam, und wir konnten am nächsten Tag den kinderfreundlichen Park genießen.
Wir kommen gern wieder!
