Cancellation policy
Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of a cancellation, the vacationer must pay the operator
a compensation fee. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three
and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two
months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one
month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start
date.

The compensation will be proportionally refunded minus
administrative costs if the spot is reserved by a third party on the
recommendation of the vacationer and with the written consent
of the operator for the same period or a part of it.

Holiday destination
Warmenhuizen is a cozy and atmospheric village with many amenities. It boasts some wonderful restaurants, cafes, a large supermarket (Albert Heijn), and a range of shops. Kapberg Om de Noord is an ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling tours through forests such as Schoorl and Bergen. But also the surrounding dyke or the picturesque villages nearby. The village has its own swimming pool, but the coastal towns of Callantsoog, Bergen, Schoorl, Egmond, or Petten are close by. The Geestmerambacht lake is also a wonderful place for walking and relaxation. If you enjoy golfing, the golf courses of Alkmaar, Dirkshorn, and Winkel are within driving distance. The village is slightly outside the tourist hustle and bustle, but easy to find. Alkmaar or Schagen are beautiful shopping cities, where in the summer the cheese market (Alkmaar) and the West Frisian parade with market (Schagen) take place. Om de Noord is an ideal starting point for your holiday!
