The Finca can be rented as a whole or as two separate apartments. In the older part (Finca), which has a huge terrace, there is a bedroom with a double bed. A folding bed could additionally be set up in the living room.
In the newer part (Casa Teneguia) there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed.
The centerpiece is the beautiful large garden with a view of the ocean.
The kitchen of the Finca is fully equipped with a stove, oven, large refrigerator, food processor, etc.
The kitchen of Casa Teneguia has two hot plates, no oven, and a small refrigerator. However, the bedroom here is large and offers a view of the sea.
The area is not very touristy and very quiet. It is mainly day visitors who come to see the volcano. The village is authentic and the atmosphere is relaxed - live and let live.

The house is located in Los Quemados at the southern tip of La Palma. Shopping is available in Las Indias and Los Canarios. There are restaurants in both places. The San Antonio and Teneguia volcanoes are within walking distance. There are two diving centers and small beaches in the area.
On La Palma, you should rent a car.

My parents bought the house 35 years ago as a ruin and extensively renovated and extended it. They spent the winters there and always enjoyed it very much. Since my parents passed away in 2020, I have taken over the finca and regularly travel there. The neighbor next door lovingly takes care of the house and garden. It is a peaceful, beautiful place of tranquility amidst the vineyards, which is special at the southern tip of the island. Stress has no place here with the view of the vast Atlantic.
