Cancellation policy
We generally recommend that all guests take out travel cancellation insurance for mutual risk protection.
You can cancel a binding booking before arrival. This will incur cancellation fees, which are staggered as follows:
Up to the 7th day before the start of the booking 100 percent of the total payment, up to 28 days 90 percent, up to 42 days 75 percent, up to 56 days 50 percent, up to 70 days 20 percent.

Holiday destination
You'll find our house in a bungalow park right behind the dunes of Julianadorp aan Zee, a small town in North Holland with one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands. Here you can relax by the fireplace or on the beach, just the two of you, or have a holiday with your children. You can take long walks on the beach or explore the dunes with bicycles.
Getting there
From Germany towards Amsterdam, then continue via Alkmaar heading for Den Helder. Just before Den Helder is the small town of Julianadorp with its offshoot Julianadorp aan Zee. There you will find the "Bungalowpark Strandslag Julianadorp", where our house is located.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in super schönem Park direkt am Strand. Wir fahren nicht zum ersten Mal in den Strandslag Park, weil Lage und Spielplatz super toll sind. Dieses Haus gefiel und allerdings besonders gut. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist mehr da, als man bei Ferienhäusern gewohnt ist. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr fair.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in dem Ferienpark in verschiedenen Häusern. Die Strandperle 174 ist optimal für uns, ruhige Lage, gute und gemütliche Ausstattung und sehr gute Betten überzeugten uns. Ein weiteres Plus ist, dass Haustiere nicht erlaubt sind. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.
