Cancellation policy
The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the case of such a cancellation, the landlord is entitled to charge a fee, as follows:
Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price.
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price.
Cancellation 33 days to 22 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price.
Cancellation 21 days to 12 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price.
Cancellation 11 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price.
Cancellation of the booking must be made in writing.
The date the landlord receives the cancellation notice is decisive in determining penalties.
We recommend adding cancellation insurance to your holiday booking.

Holiday destination
Callantsoog is very central and you have access to many destinations. In the neighbouring town of Den Helder (13 km) you can visit the submarine museum, for example. From there you can take the ferry to the island of Texel and visit the Ecomare seal sanctuary. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy this visit. The cheese market and old town of Alkmaar (27 km) are well worth seeing. Other cities such as Schagen (9 km), Egmond (26 km) and Bergen an See are recommended.

Wir sind von dem Ferienhaus Lyla absolut begeistert. Der wunderschöne, gepflegte Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und das tolle Haus haben uns und unserem Hund einen traumhaften Urlaub ermöglicht. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. So eine gut ausgestattete Küche hatten wir tatsächlich noch nie. Vom Milchaufschäumer bis zum Airfryer ist alles vorhanden. Sehr gemütliche Betten. Der nette Empfang mit einem Blumenstrauß und Wein zauberte und schon bei Ankunft ein Lächeln ins Gesicht. Abgerundet mit einem super freundlichen Kontakt vor, während und nach dem Urlaub können wir das Ferienhaus Lyla uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir können das Ferienhaus Lyla nur weiter empfehlen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wirklich sauber. Der Garten ist perfekt für Leute, die mit einem Hunde anreisen. Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen :)
