Cancellation policy

Payment When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. Cancellation In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged: a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
